Lynx in Oils
This is my most favorite oil painting I\'ve done to date. I painted this some time back in high school in 2009. After I finished, it was vandalized soon after. He had been Sharpied across the chest and his eyes were scribbled out with pastel. This picture was taken after I redid almost the entire forearm and completely redid the eyes some months later. I will probably go back and paint his eyes a third time some day - they do not have the same vibrancy they once had.
About Me
I just heard about Freelancer and decided to see how much work I can find through it. I am largely a self-taught artist and have had a pencil in my hand since before I knew how to walk or talk. Even if I'm not used to drawing what you need, if you can provide a reference, I can draw it. (Most of the art in my portfolio are examples of that, in fact.) I am also a writer but never seriously considered it as a source of income - at least not through freelancing - so I thought I'd list the applicable writing skills to test the feasibility of that too.
