Helicopter Cockpit
This was drawn completely from scratch to be turned into a poster (measuring at about 16\" x 20\" at 300dpi) for the first semester of my college gaming and simulation program. I later had to turn it into a skyscraper version that was 72\" long to be displayed in the department. I didn\'t keep track of how much time I spent on this, but it was spread out over a week or two. Having to work on my old 13.2\" laptop that was prone to freezing also added a lot to the time. (I have since gotten much more powerful PCs to work from.)
About Me
I just heard about Freelancer and decided to see how much work I can find through it. I am largely a self-taught artist and have had a pencil in my hand since before I knew how to walk or talk. Even if I'm not used to drawing what you need, if you can provide a reference, I can draw it. (Most of the art in my portfolio are examples of that, in fact.) I am also a writer but never seriously considered it as a source of income - at least not through freelancing - so I thought I'd list the applicable writing skills to test the feasibility of that too. Those whom I have worked with and/or for have said that I am: - Diligent - Fast / efficient - Great with deadlines - A problem solver - Able to communicate effectively - Responsible - Creative / talented / imaginative - Very quick study / learner - Intelligent - Able to receive constructive criticism
