I have been striving hard to serve customers and clients that need my services as a customer service representative for over 2 years already. I am experienced in both email and chat support. I am also oriented to do any other tasks such as article writing, SEO, transcribing, and basic image editing. I am a multi-tasker by nature; highly trainable to new tasks; very receptive; dedicated to work; and adaptable if exposed to a new environment. Thus, if given the opportunity to be trained, I am also very much interested in doing transcription and data entry jobs. I was an English tutor to Korean students.
