Anupama is an excellent programmer for small projects, however, he needs to add a QA person to his team. UNFORTUNATELY, this project unlike the others he has done for me had a STRICT deadline and I needed it to be 100% accurate. He has reported it complete and it has numerous errors in it. So, unfortunately I cannot accept this project. UNLIKE other projects where I can wait for him to fix, I just cannot for this project. I will have to wait another year to do this project as it was timed with schools. If you are considering to use him, by all means do as long as you are flexible. He is a talented programmer and while I would use him again I do hope he adds a QA person to his team.
