I went to Disney World as part of their college internship program. I was assigned a post working with guests. I was in a store expected to sell merchandise behind a counter, stock things on the floor, and manage equipment and merchandise backstage. My managers recognized my love of people - especially children - quickly, and set me to work making Disney Magic. In short, I became a customer satisfaction specialist.
