With almost ten (10) years of professional working experience in various industries such as Global Business Systems and Business Processing, Financial, People and Brand Development. Maria Agnes “Annie” Cleofas has been exposed to various tasks and responsibilities under different fields such as, but are not limited to Learning and Development, Business Development, IT Management, Human Resource Management, Programs/Events Management and Administrative or Back-Support Services. Her strength lies in her ability to adapt to changes. She is people-oriented, has a strong belief in customer service quality, values teamwork and collaboration, creative and resourceful and consider herself to be organized and focused. She works under minimum supervision and has good oral and written business communication. Currently, she works with different clients that need assistance in training and development. One of the projects she handled was with Australian-Aid Government through Philippines-Australia Human Resource Development Facility (PAHRDF); she organized and managed Monitoring & Evaluation Training Program for its partner institution.
