Provide the ability to proactively identify RST OPEN Lending and BLOC customers with a high potential to qualify for a line increase (based on a predefined criteria) for ‘Existing customer’, Early Engagement and Trigger Line Increase (TLI) campaigns Provide the ability to assign and sort RST cases in portfolios and worklists in CRC 2. Provide the ability to capture, display & report financials on User Interface (UI) Screens 3. Provide a worklist view menu option & create a view of worklists in CRC 4. New DB2 table views would need to be created for storing the data pertaining to admin functionality. 3. New stored procedures would be written for the front end to access the new views created. Credit Servicing Platform (Creditmon) Description: Creditmon is a web based monitoring/administration utility for the intranet web-based Credit Servicing Platform (CSP). This utility provides real time data of the applications behavior and performance among other configurable statistics. It assists the administrator in resolving the issues/errors related to the application by means of proactive reporting of situations that may lead to problems. It also provides matrix on the users working on the system. The following points summarize the Project Objective - Provide data about the users logged on to the system. Provide data about the performance of the system. Report the errors generated in the system. Help the application administrator in carrying out the administrative tasks related to users and system.
