For the past two years, I’ve led the ITSM team at SIU, initially focusing on IT service management needs. After introducing the Power Platform to campus, my role expanded to designing and building custom solutions for departments across SIU. These solutions streamline processes, improve team workflows, and enhance overall efficiency.

I specialized in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications that enhanced operational efficiency and supported campus-wide workflows. I played a key role in major system upgrades, including CRM and ERP transitions from on-premises solutions to cloud-based platforms. My work spanned custom Power Platform applications, automated workflows, and data-driven dashboards that empowered teams to make faster, more informed decisions.
