• Responsible for Implementing Video player in Android to play live RTSP stream over internet from Omni Vision Camera with lowest possible latency • Responsible for integrating external libraries with Android application to play RTSP stream. • Responsible for implementing Real time smooth Zoom/Pinch and Scroll on the Android VideoView. • Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring best possible results • Ensuring that the application is compatible with provided hardware • Responsible for creating various demo versions at different stages of the project to show to the client as well as for Hardware testing • Ensuring unit testing of the code at regular junctures. • Reducing the turnaround time for change requests and distributing work efficiently amongst team members to ensure maximum productivity • Maintaining proper documentation of the development activities and code features.
