In order to conduct an event the retail shops should be categorized in to different segments, which is done at segmentation level, taken care by higher authority. Resources will contain all the information about the resources that are used in the events. By using the resource we will assign the different resources to the different events. Whenever a new Bids is created, the Bid request will be notified to the vendors by the notify action which is done in creation bid level. Managing bids involves, in retrieving the history of previous bids, which will be modified if necessary, and used to create a new bids. Finally the bid details will be uploaded in the ExcelSheet using Export Excel Action.
