- Manage, Coach, Mentor and drive Performance of a team of 6 Personal Bankers - Ensure the team prepares business reports for the cluster on a daily basis by maintaining MIS using pivot tables for effective tracking of income generated to the Bank by different branches. - Validate customer relation and opportunities report on a monthly basis to enable the sales team to generate customer visit planner for the month based on their portfolio. - Prepare consolidated customer engagement tracker for the cluster on a weekly basis to analyze the resource wise productivity. - Monitoring of Customer Relationship Management Tool for escalated customer queries, requests and complaints and ensure that the resolution is given within the TAT. - Ensure straight through process (STP) and first time not right (FTNR) policy is under the required benchmark while validating the customer instructions thereby achieving customer delight. - Ensure the team follows the KYC norms as per the Bank policies to prevent Bank being used for money laundering. - Responsible for satisfactory audit rating of the branch by ensuring that the team strictly adheres to the processes as per the Bank’s audit circulars. - Actively participate in the strategy planning and provide various inputs to increase the overall profit of the Bank. - Impart training and provide support to the newly recruited PB’s.
