INDANE Emergency Service Cell (IESC)
This ONLINE application keeps track of complaints, time bound automatic follows and data management. A call center employee receives complaint. Record complaint in the system associated with a distributor. On registering complaint an unique ID (complaint number) is automatically sent through SMS to customer, mechanic, distributor. Timer starts for each complaint. System alerts call center employee of complaints not attended within time and follow up process gets started. MIS report is generated for a month / year which can be exported in different formats. Distributor management is simple and keeps information up to date.
