With the passage of time and dynamically changing telecom environment, the telecom industry is giving rise to a stringent competition. This competition is giving rise to competitive rivalry where all the Telecom operators are trying to go for decreased cost and higher quality of Service. Keeping in view this paradigm of Telecom traffic, this is a system that works on increasing cost and quality efficiency. In order for the system to work appropriately we have a data feed being generated by Office Support System (OSS) and they will be used for defining Customer specific statistics and extract rates and routing information.
