Here is the Synopsis of my profile: (i) Currently working as Transitioning Lead of an automation team, As a team we automate the functionality of an Insurance based Mainframe application called PolicyLink using QTP (ii) My previous automation experience has been into creating customized frameworks using VSTS and C# as the coding language (iii) With Experience in Manual Testing, i have performed all kinds of testing tasks, starting from Requirement Analysis, to writing test scenarios, test cases, and their execution: Logging defects, helping in their fixing by providing all kinds of necessary information, and retesting (iv) Performed all kinds of testing:Integration testing, System Testing, Regression testing, Smoke Testing, Sanity Testing etc. Apart from these activities, i have been involved in all the tasks that pertain to a Transitioning Lead: (i) Preparing Test Plans, making all the resources available to the team (ii) Mentoring new team members to understand the complete functionality of the application they are going to work on
