As an Environment Auditor: o Carrying out the environment legal compliance audit for all the group of companies under SMSIL ( E&CE Division As CMR: o Working for establishing, documentation, implementing and maintaining ISO systems(QMS, EMS, OHSAS) at corporate level and all sub - Organizations. Handling the team of 8 Management Representatives. o Ensuring that processes needed for the Quality, Environment, Health and Safety management system are established, implemented and maintained. o Reporting to top management on the performance of the Quality, Environment, Health and Safety management system and any need for improvement. o Ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization. o Liaison with external parties on matters relating to the quality management system and environment management system. As in CSR: o Implementation and setting up of the social responsibilities (ISO 26000) in system o Carrying out various events and programs to set up and enrich the same. As System Setup Auditor: o Auditing the process system and carrying out gap analysis. o Establishment and setting up of standard & smooth system for entire E& CE Division network of SMSIL o Reporting accordingly to the Top Management for Continual Improvement. As Corporate Communications: o Preparing, Editing & Releasing Company's 'SMSeLINK Newsletter'. o Carrying out the responsibilities companies to external source public relations. o All the Internal and External Communications of the Company. o Looking up for companies Corporate presentations and website upgradations.
