Providing training to junior employees on privacy matters. Overseeing junior team members by performing quality/compliance checks and coordinating their work. Supporting the company and its clients with POCs for implementation of new IT tools for legal departments by conducting and overseeing software's tests and advising the management on the commercial and operational opportunities. Acting as main point of contact for Factor's Compliance team; creating and introducing new processes, preparing risk assessments, escalation paths and active support to coordinate compliance between all local sites.
