I have +10 years of experience in working as a Data & Reporting Analyst and +2 more as an Interval Management Coordinator and Scheduler for a call center, with multiple Excel Spreadsheet related projects in-between. This experience has afforded me a great understanding of Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheets, tackling projects with a laser focus and keen eye to detail. My client initially requested for the consolidation of 7 different workbooks. From these workbooks I created a database to house all the information: Based on the data from each workbook, placed into 7 tabs, I came up with an intro page that they did not expect.

I gave them 2 dynamic charts with:
- scroll bars
- text boxes
- drop downs
- check boxes
- and more.

Everything in the Excel workbook is controlled by this "Intro" page.

Workout Dynamic Dashboard

This workbook was created with the intention of:
- Housing customer purchase data
- Maintaining stock of goods
- Alerting on overdue balances
- Fully automated Invoice (print capable)

The sales workbook was well received by the client, who used this spreadsheet to track his sales data. I still carry out maintenance and upgrades where ever it is required.

An added feature was an introduction/ information tab, detailing the functions of the entire workbook, step by step

Sales Workbook

This Microsoft Excel Workbook was created on request by multiple supervisors, for a call center I previously worked at.

The spreadsheets in this workbook were made with the focus of housing the interactions between a supervisor's agents and customers. Including meta data codes and call code numbers.

Another function was the ability to pull up the information on a team or single agent, for a specified date or date range, based on the collected data.

** This was only a template, where it also got customized to suite each individual supervisor.

The sheets included:
- Intro and Instructional tab
- Raw Data tab
- User Info tab (for retrieving data)

Add-ons included:
- Pivots
- Info charts (pie charts and graphs)
- Top Performers
