With a built-up area of 8,800 m2, the 162-key hotel consists of a two-level basement for car parking and staff facilities; ground floor containing the hotel lobby and reception, back-ofhouse functions, and MEP spaces; first floor containing a restaurant and administration offices; 9 typical floors including 162 guest rooms; roof containing a swimming pool, gymnasium, toilets, lockers, and MEP rooms; and upper roof for mechanical equipment.

Al Barshaa Hotel (Dubai)

The project comprises student accommodation buildings (2 Type A buildings, 1 Type B building, and 1 Type C building). The four residential blocks are served by a range of student facilities at the ground floor (central cafeteria, assembly halls, multifunction rooms, reception, laundries, MEP rooms, etc.), with a built-up area of approximately 58,000 m2. A sports field is provided with a range of facilities (football field, track, changing/shower rooms, toilets, etc.).

STUDENT HOSTEL AT SAS ALNAKHL

Structural analysis and detailed design of the hospital’s main building. With a built-up area of 73,600 m2 comprise a two-level basement, ground floor and four upper floors.

Cairo International Medical City "CIMC" (Egypt)

The project comprised the design of two mixed use towers of plot (5870m2) stand above eight podiums and two basements. Tasks were about building the 3D structural analysis model and design of shear walls in addition to Revit coordinated model.

Two towers in Marina district, Al Jaber Group (Doha-Qatar)

On a plot area of 5,900 m2, the residential tower is designed to be 224 meters high, with a built-up area of 60,380 m2 and 52 floors. The tower floors stand above a four-floor podium, mechanical floors and four basement levels for car parking and services.

Al-Reem Tower (Abu Dhabi)

With a built-up area of 42,000 m2, the 32-floor tower features 161 different housing units, parking and utility services. Tasks included design of the post-tensioned slabs and beams, in addition to 3D coordinated Revit modeling.
