IP Agreement Project Upgrade
You can use the IP Agreement upgrade to transfer the ownership of all work done by your freelancer to you. Your awarded freelancer will be required to sign an Intellectual Property (IP) Agreement to acknowledge the transfer of rights for the completed project.
The IP Agreement upgrade can be added once your project is posted or even after awarding it.
1. On your project page, select the Details tab. Alternatively, you can click the tab and choose Edit Project.
2. Tick IP Agreement.
3. Click Upgrade Project once done.
Your project will have the tag. Your awarded freelancer will be notified (as shown below) that they must sign the agreement before starting to work.
