Because I have no prior experience, I’ll need clear, step-by-step demonstrations, verbal cues, and modifications whenever a posture feels uncomfortable. I’m happy for you to choose the style—whether gentle Hatha, slow Vinyasa, or a restorative blend—as long as each session targets hamstrings, hips, and spinal mobility. Consistency is key, so we’ll meet two times a week via Zoom (or a similarly reliable platform), and I’d appreciate recordings afterward so I can review form between classes. By the end of our first month, I’d like to notice smoother forward bends, looser hip flexors, and less morning stiffness. If you can supply a short home sequence and tips on posture ergonomics for desk work, that would be a bonus. Please let me know your preferred schedule slots, any equipment you’d like me to have on hand beyond a mat and two blocks, and how you track students’ progress online.
