Fresh desk basic ticket system

Job Description:

We need to implement Freshdesk ticket system where all customer requests need to be tracked.

Requests will be sent through email to a shared mailbox in outlook MS office 365.

Agents will work on tickets in a coordinated manner.

Once the request is completed, ticket will be closed.

The most important requirement is to track the Average handle time for each customer request. Need a simple system to begin with.
