We are in need of a technical Zendesk Associate who can help us build out, optimize, and troubleshoot Zendesk ticketing system workflows. This also includes building out Explore reporting, adjusting SLAs, installing new tools in the market place, and working in the sandbox to show proof of concept before something goes live.

We are looking for a guru who we can work with closely over the coming 2-5 months. This hire will be freelance but is someone we hope to make a key part of our team in building out the Zendesk instance for out company.

No newbies please, we are looking for creative, experienced, and efficient technical support.
