Laravel / Zend PHP Scripts Customization

We’re looking to hire a good laravel developer to complete the set up, customization and configuration of a recruitment script(Zend), Hiring script(laravel) and job training script(Laravel) into one SaaS app. We'll need a simple landing page created upon completing the 3 pending tasks:
Pending tasks ares:
Single login
Automated Billing and pricing set up
UI clean up / change
Landing page set up.
Additional security layer.
This will be set up as Saas app with automated billing (Recruitment script has this already built in). We'll provide the scripts.
This is a task we’re looking to deliver in 10 days max. The app is 80% complete at the moment.

Have developed a web app like this in the past.

Have experience with both Zend and Laravel PHP frameworks.
