Bitrate, GOP, and audio sample rate get locked to values YouTube wo not renegotiate mid stream, which is what usually causes buffering after several hours. I also add a watchdog restart so if the source drops, the stream recovers instead of ending. For looping, I do not rely on playlist looping inside YouTube. I loop at the encoder level so the platform always sees one continuous signal. That prevents the stream ended state and keeps chat, URL, and analytics intact. On copyright there is no safe way to bypass Content ID, but there is a correct way to stay live. I check the material beforehand, adjust how it is delivered (segmentation, audio handling, metadata), and if a claim still hits, I prepare the proper dispute with usage proof or license documentation so the stream is not repeatedly taken down.
