Youtube Video Editor Needed

FREELANCER OUTLINE
Please thoroughly read this document before responding back to me. I am looking for someone to edit videos for me for YouTube. Depending on the quality of work, I am looking for a freelancer to work on multiple and various long term video editing projects (usually 1-2 jobs a week). The focus is primarily on audio and adding descriptive chyrons and title cards.
Currently, the video editing I am looking for is basic and simple (no fancy effects).
Freelancer must have the following qualities:
Knows how to speak English
Understands and able to meet deadlines
Offers unlimited edits and revisions
Pays attention to detail
Has good response time and availability
Has some familiarity with stock market and market jargon/terms
I will send you a zip file with video clips and thumbnail images that need to be added to the video. As well as chyron texts to be displayed at certain points of each video. Please watch the references, I want the videos to look exactly the same style as them.

The videos need to have:
Audio clear and loud enough for YouTube
Lond pauses, background noise and “um, er, eh” edited out
Clips put together nicely
Videos need to flow and be cohesive
I do not want parts of audio to cut out while Im still talking
1080p files that will be accepted by YouTube
