EDIT: I am looking for a stand alone program, not something to run on my server. I am not looking for anything designed in PHP or Java. Thanks for all the interest. I am looking for someone that can write a very simple data input program to apply XML tags to user entered content. The program needs to run on Windows, but beyond that, I don't really care what language it is written in. Ideally the program would be written in something open source, so I can change the tags at a later date, if needed. There will be about 15 data fields. Most will only have a few characters worth of data. Two of the fields will have multiple separate pieces of data, so the program will have to recognize some sort of delimiter. The user will enter the data, and once they are finished, they will need to press a button to accept the data and write it to the text file. I know this is a very limited outline. Please respond with your estimate of time and cost.
