Player to Move through FLV frame by frame with timecode

Small project. I need to know if someone has a Flash Based (SWF) FLV player that can go through the FLV frame by frame. The Flash Video Player should have a timecode on the bottom (to show you where you are in the movie), pause/play, and frame forward and frame back buttons. The SWF that plays the FLV should refer to an XML file or external text file for the FLV file name location.

Here's an example of a FLV player I did in flash 8.

If you put this value in your XML or text for the player it should work.

NOTE: I need an FLV player not a SWF player.
