Local Convenience Store Website Needed

Hello- I am currently in need of a website for a local convenience store. This store is your typical small town convenience store which sells coffee, bottled beverages, a line up of food items including sandwiches and such and some other small catering items. I am looking for a website that will utilize a photo of the outside of the building as the background (think taking a photo and fading it using Photoshop or something similar...fading it enough as to put website content over it). Then have a header and footer at the top and bottom...and an image map of sorts linking to the different areas of the site. I also would like the stores food menu on the site...and then a page about the catering options..maybe some photos showing the different foods we offer. I hope to not have a generic Drupal template "look" for the finished product. You may work on our server developing it if need be. Please send me a message if you have further questions. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
