We are an online retailer with a growing team , we are looking for an individual whom is able to write a standard operating procedure for our organisation. The document should integrate into our main document. We have already the information from our employees whom has outlined their daily duties that they perform on a day to day basis. The Standard operating procedure manual should have many purposes. We have outlined these below.
1) Should help for assist a new employee upon their role within the organisation and serve as a strong guidance.
2) should enable a manager to be able to monitor the employees activity as well as setting clear, realistic and agree goals with the employees.
3) Should enable employees to easily understand where they fit within the organisation. Where they are within the cycle and which other department they need to communicate with.
