I'm a landlord wishing not to renew my tenant's lease expiring at the end of this month as I will be selling the condo in the spring. They want to do a month-to-month lease with the first right, or opportunity, to purchase. BUT in case I don't accept their offer I would like provisions that they will cooperate with my real estate agent and buyer showings. Everything in the current lease would still apply. Rent will remain the same.
