My production floor needs five additional hands to keep our manual-labour section running smoothly. Day-to-day tasks revolve around lifting, sorting, and feeding finished goods into our packaging machines; there is no specialised machine operation involved, just steady manual support around the equipment. I do not require previous factory experience, certifications, or formal skills—reliable attendance, physical stamina, and a safety-first attitude are all that matter. The assignment is full-time on-site and starts as soon as the right people are confirmed. Deliverables for this project: • Present a shortlist of at least five ready-to-start labourers who meet the basic fitness and reliability criteria. • Coordinate a brief on-site walk-through or video introduction so I can evaluate fit. • Finalise start dates once approvals are given. Once all five hires have clocked in on their first shift, the project is considered complete.
