Workday Multi-Module Expert Needed

Our organization uses Workday across Human Capital Management, Financial Management, and Learning Management, and the platform now sits at the heart of our daily operations. I need an experienced professional who can take full ownership of system configuration, data migration, and report generation—and stay on board for ongoing support as our needs evolve. First, you will review the current tenant, document gaps, and configure workflows, security groups, and business processes to align with best practices without disrupting day-to-day activity. Next comes the migration of legacy employee, finance, and learning data, including validation and reconciliation. After we are live, I’ll rely on you to design custom and composite reports, dashboards, and calculated fields that give HR, Finance, and L&D leaders the insights they need. Because this is an ongoing engagement, I place high value on clean documentation, regular knowledge transfer, and proactive optimisation ideas. Familiarity with EIB, Workday Studio, Prism, and the Report Writer will shorten the ramp-up. Deliverables • Updated configurations for HCM, Finance, and Learning modules, signed off by process owners • Successful import of historical data with reconciliation logs • A library of at least 15 reusable custom reports and two executive dashboards • User and technical documentation stored in our Confluence space • A quarterly improvement plan outlining next steps I’ll provide tenant access, legacy data extracts, and process maps. Availability for periodic calls during US Eastern hours and a one-business-day response window on high-priority items will be essential.
