WordPress + VPS (WHM/cPanel) Expert Needed – Fix 429 Errors & Optimize WooCommerce Site

We operate a WooCommerce-based website hosted on a VPS (WHM/cPanel). The site is currently experiencing critical stability issues, including: “429 Too Many Requests” errors (admin and frontend) Intermittent downtime (UptimeRobot alerts) Slow performance on product/category pages Admin access lockouts We recently migrated from shared hosting to VPS, but the system is not properly optimized.
