I need to create a Wordpress Plugin to do the following:
1. When the client registers the system will generate a username with the initials of the company and the zip-code and the password will be random. The registration form has to have the following things: Name of the School, Name of Class, Zip Code of the School, Grade, Email, Name of the contact person, Contact person Phone and a terms and condition box.
2. In the dashboard home page when the client enter will be a banner with a button to a PDF document, that they can download and the following:
a. A graphic with the money that they obtain from the sales (this is calculated by the amount of gain by product).
b. A count down of the days that they have to close the order, this day will be different by school, by will be put by the administrator of the system.
c. Graph of how many boxes they have (this is calculated divided the package order by the amount that can be in a box)
3. Sales Dashboard
Section A: Order Page (Page to make the orders of the products)
- In this page the customer needs to make the order that have to include the product that will order of all the lines. In the lines the client has to include the name of the customer, the amount of package for that customer), they need to add many lines that the client need. At the end they calculate the total amount for that order. This order needs to have the feature to save and continued later. When the customer finishes the order they need to send, and the system create an Invoice that can we paid online or offline. This order when is sent they need to stay for record but can’t be edited.
4. Administrator Portal
Section A: Products
They need to have a page that can put the product information:
- Product Name
- Product Pictures
- Product Price
- Amount in a Package
- Amount of package that can be in a box.
- Amount that the client gets per package.
Section B: Customer
In this section they need to have all the customer information profile in one tab, second tab the open orders (draft orders of the customer), sent orders (orders that have been placed but not paid, the third tab the orders that already paid but not shipped, and the last tab the orders that already processed. This tab has to have the function to print the order slip, the invoice or the receipt of the sale. Here the administration put the date for the countdown.
Section C: The Orders
In this section have to have a table of all the orders group by the status of the order. From here the administration can download the order slip, the invoice or the receipt, or look the order detail and make changes (similar that Woocommerce).
Section D: Admin Setting
In this have to have the setting of the page, for modified the email of receipt payment gateway and other things.
This plugin can be integrated to Woocommerce or can be a independent one. The page will have a landing page with some banners and a menu to login. The proposed had to have the estimate working time and price for all the work.
*The module will be in Spanish and English I will provide the translation.
