DW question answer word press plugin
We have already implemented this plugin to our website but we need the following customisation work:
- When user logs in the Portal, user accesses to the answer clicking on the question but this is not a good way. Many don’t know how to do it!. Instead, an envelop has to be shown in header top right corner, telling that the answer is there, and maybe a tab telling clearly that he has to click on the envelop to show up the answer. ( Answer notification after user login if the admin has answered the question )
- The user asks the question and we(admin) answer, but below our(admin) answer, the user’s question is displayed again. Therefore the sequence question/answer is not clear.
- When an user keeps asking questions we don’t receive any alert about that.
In other words, only at the beginning the user and admin received an email. After the first question/ answer, if the user keeping asking, admin don’t receive any notice.
