Wordpress MU fixes

I need some low difficult modifications and fixes for Wordpress MU [url removed, login to view]

1.- Fix language problem with spanish mo file (spanish translation only works for admin).

2.- Fix themes problem (can not activate themes for users).

3.- Make new users default language spanish.

4.- Fix "New blog defaults" and "Blog templates" plugins.
