VPA for Speaker/Trainer - English/German, strategic thinking, sales & detail oriented

Sehr geehrte Interessentin, sehr geehrter Interessent,

ich bin als Speaker und Verhandlungsberater tätig und benötige die Hilfe eines PA für Marketing, Kundenkorrespondenz, Verlagsagenden und so manche immer wieder kehrende Kleinigkeiten. Ich suche eine langfristige, verlässliche Ansprechpartner(in), die idealerweise Erfahrung mit "Speaking" oder HR bzw. Training haben sollte. Das ist mir insofern wichtig, als sie eigens dafür bestimmte Foren/webistes kennen und auch den "Talk" beherrschen sollte - kann aber natürlich auch gelernt werden.

Hauptaufgaben zu Beginn wären:

-) Verlässliche und immer wiederkehrende Aktualisierung meiner offenen Seminare und Daten auf diversen websites nach Vorlage bzw. Übertragen von der website, Regelmässige updates meiner Daten und Seminare auf den bereits benutzten Datenbanken (z.B. ErfolgX, courseticket, [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view])

-) Erschließung neuer Kundengruppen und praktische Umsetzung (wer könnte Zielgruppe sein, wie erreichen wir diese, Vorschlag konkreter Schritte und Aktionen)

-) Presseaussendungen bzgl. meiner Bücher, Events, Lesungen, Workshops, Verhandlungssparrings.

-) Terminakkordierungen (passiv) und Beantwortung von adminstrativen Anfragen (z.B: Anfragen Rechnungen, Versenden von Seminarinformationen und Beantwortung von Fragen bzw. Nachfassen) v.a. in Bezug auf die beiden offenen Hauptformate Verhandlungssparring und Honorarverhandlung (leicht zu finden mit diesen beiden Begriffen DOT com).

Ich rechne anfangs mit 1-2 Stunden/Woche, später mit bis zum 10 Stunden/Woche.

I attend to international and German speaking clients, mainly in the legal, pharma and banking business. Absolute proficiently in both languages is a must. You need be an excellent communicator with a perfection streak and very polite yet clear and professional language towards my clients.

I need to be able to skype/teamview with you on a regular basis to discuss work issues, in particular in the beginning of our business relationship.

I recently discovered Asana and want to use it for our communication and task assignment.

Also important to me is your "presence" and understanding that you will become part of my small company, i.e. I want you to be known by full name as my PA and act as such - I will need your full CV and copy of legal document to verify your data. You will be having access to highly confidential and personal information as my "right hand".

Preferably we´ll be getting to know each other with some minor jobs/projects in the beginning (I can accommodate well to your other obligations since nothing is urgent now) and increase your workload with growing confidence. Also, we might both have to find out in which areas you can help me (I am open to learn with you and take your preferences into account, too).
