If you’re not super organized and super motivated, this project IS NOT for you. Our team needs a FACILITATOR /COORDINATOR to work with our PROJECT COORDINATOR to help assist in the production of websites, write blog posts, do client intake, assist in the management of agencies, initial calls with clients on phone and ZOOM and agreements, and answer the [login to view URL] phone system (this means you must have great internet speed and have very very good spoken English (US)).
Your task will include facilitating project completion and working with vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure website repairs, website builds/development, and marketing functions are completed. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls as well as sending and responding to emails. In addition, you will be writing, proofreading blog posts, and working with our SEO group to rank content on many sites. In many cases, you will be working with 5-15 single sentences about a business (provided by the owner) and need to create an approximately 1000 word article about the business (and town that it is in). Accordingly, your English (US) skills, both written and oral, must be impeccable and flawless. You must also do daily reporting tasks and carefully access where each vendor is on each project. You must also be able to communicate with all the parties on SLACK effectively. You will also be responsible for communicating directly with clients and prospective clients via chat on our websites (and social media) - and following up with emails and calls if necessary. In communication, you must communicate that our number can be relayed to answer incoming calls for clients/prospect needs.

A telephone call will be necessary to judge your particular communication skills, phone network, and other technical factors. IN ADDITION, A VIDEO MUST BE PROVIDED IN WHICH YOU ANSWER THE QUESTION, "WHY I AM THE BEST FIT FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY" --- this will allow multiple people in our organization to observe your communication skills. You must have the ability to do zoom calls with clients so you need to make sure that you have all the necessary equipment and internet speed to be able to do this.
