TCM Review Seminars is an online company that provides online and recorded classes to acupuncturists who are preparing for their board exams, much like Kaplan. [login to view URL] We are looking for someone who can work in a fast pace growing online company working with students and Acupuncture schools. You will be working directly with the our senior virtual assistant. Ideal candidate must possess: Excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and oral) Excellent English Self-starter and quick learner Ability to multitask Dependable and punctual Must have skilled using: MS Word Office Suite, Gmail, Google Docs, Calendars, Online scheduling systems and Wordpress sites. Willingness to learn and take initiative Adaptable to new changes and job functions as they arise in a growing company Excellent phone etiquette skills with appropriate authoritative demeanor Quickbooks, payroll Typing speed of at least 50 wpm Customer Service oriented Social media proficient Responsibilities may include: Answers phone and email from students Managing registrations of students Making copies, sending faxes, and sending orders Making travel arrangements for students and staff Data entry Quickbooks Working with IT to oversee the schedule changes on our website and Facebook page Liaison with the teachers Manage, outreach and over see marketing campaigns Assist in managing the CEO’s schedule Hours: 1-2 hours per day M-F. Hours are flexible as long as you can be consistent.

I have been with this company for around 1 year and 8 months. I currently work 8 hours per day, Mondays- Fridays between the hours of 7:00 am to 3:00 pm EST ( I work from home). I interact with several clients on a daily basis via telephone calls, text messages, Whatsapp messages and various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. Based on my full time job, I am able to work between the hours of 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm or any other time outside of my work hours that is convenient for you. I am a Jamaican National, however English is my native language. I am also based in the same time zone as some states in the United States (EST).
