Translate WooCommerce with JS -- 2

Hi!

I want you to add JS code that will translate WooCommerce's checkout, cart, field placeholders, error notifications, buttons and the rest if local storage language is set to Japanese. When it is set to English, it should remain as is with default settings.

I will provide the translations as soon as the project is granted.
