The client area shall be password protected, and the login and password are provided by company to the client.
The client area contains 3 pages:
- Login page
- A document display page: it displays the selected accessible document in a book format. One of these docs will need to be acknowledged by clients on a yearly basis.
- There are 3 types of docs:
A. the standard document that needs to be acknowledged by clients on a yearly basis and which itself contains links to other docs
B. A product specific doc - There are 3 products, only the documents related to products ordered by the client should be available to the client.
C. A client specific document: there should be up to max 5 client specific documents per client.
- A client page (displaying client company name, contact email, and links to accessible documents + some additional standard text)
An Admin front end page should also be set up for company admin to monitor client document acknowledgement, sending (semi-)automated mails to clients, edit client contact details and passwords, edit client specific document names if needed, replace old documents with updated ones in the database if needed.
Visually, we need something lean, very simple with color theme based on existing website.
A flow-chart will be provided to the selected freelancer.
Also note that, the project will be done under a non-disclosure agreement.
