Restore Display of Google Adsense Ads via Ad Inserter Plugin

I have a website at idealhoroscope.com.
I want to run Google Adsense with manual ad placement, using this plugin:

The free version of the plugin is installed
But the ads are showing up only on a few pages.
For example, this page, displays the ads:

But most other pages, like this one, do not:

Ad Inserter plugin is configured as follows.
This setting puts an ad before paragraph 1 on all but the home page:
[login to view URL]
This setting puts an ad every 9 paragraphs on all but the home page:
[login to view URL]
This setting puts an ad before paragraph 1 on only the home page:
[login to view URL]
So the job is to make the ads show everywhere they should.
