I need you to setup wordpress + contact form for me (NOT development - read brief)

Hi there,
I have an existing website that is already built on a NON-wordpress platform (it uses a custom CMS). It was manually built by a developer for one of my client. Now I need to rebuild that same website on Wordpress. Unfortunately, the best way is to rebuild from scratch.
I need someone RELIABLE, EFFICIENT & COMMUNICATIVE to setup WordPress and Elementor for me to go in to re-design the visual to look exactly like the existing website. Please also include the word coffee in your proposal so I know you've actually read this.
Once that is done, I will ask for you to work on the contact form to ensure form is redirecting to the right email.
To summarise your job is to:
a) Setup and install wordpress (possibly on a testing server)
b) After I design the template, you will work on the contact form
c) Help move replace previous site with new wordpress site
