Need help on Wordpress listing/repertory website

I am setting up a wp repertory website but I am stuck. I don’t need anyone to create the whole website for me but rather someone to help me fit the next steps (mostly about repertory and maybe the home page creation as what I have done so far doesn’t satisfy me in terms of creativity). I would like to be part of that process as I want to learn how it is done . If someone local in Phuket is interested, it’s a plus. There is two parts on the website. First part a listing of surf schools in 9 countries (maybe more coming) with some free contacts options (ex: phone, name, small description ) and some paid options (mail, website, social, pictures etc) ; I will fill up this myself. The second part is a member login part where clients can rent or sell their boards ; this will be done for free by the customers ; I just need to approve it. Now the site is online with a coming soon page, the home page is made but not to my satisfactory but I am stuck with the listings ans how to set up the whole thing .
