modify existing wordpress plugin

i have an existing (private) plugin which needs modifications/new features.
It basically asks the customer for inputs. In the admin view i can configure per product what custom fields the user gets asked and what additional info to display etc.
Before going into details please answer the following questions:
- where are you from natively?
- what is your hourly rate
- on a scale of 1-10 after getting a task how fast do you do it?
- on a scale of 1-10 what is your experience with wordpress?
- on a scale of 1-10 what is your experience with CSS?
- on a scale of 1-10 what is your experience with JS?

all infos, explanations, todos will be available on a trello board. best if you take a quick look into it and the plugin code to tell if you want to do the job or not.
there is a test/staging server ready too.
There is always new ideas that need to be implemented so i am looking for someone who can here and there spend 2-3 hours to earn some money :) once you read into plugin all new feature requests will be very very easy.
