Migrate some websites out of a multiste, standardize plugins used across sites and integrate updates with MainWp or wpManage

My agency has about 15-20 websites on a wordpress multisite installation. I would like to move them out of the multisite and into single site installs on a different server which is set-up with a service called "Gridpane". I need someone with some technical skills such as understanding the wordpress file structure, how wordpress plugins work both from the admin and sftp, and someone who has experience with wordpress multisite, site migrations, All-in-One WP Migration including the multisite and pCloud extensions. The person also must understand dns settings and be able to properly test the sites after migration. It would be beneficial also if the person knows a bit about redis caching and SSL (though gridpane automates these), apache (old server) and Nginx (new server). Basically I need someone who can help me organize and improve the organization, updating and general maintenance of my client sites (about 20 right now). This job is basically for the migration and organization of the current sites but this could be an ongoing job. I am not looking to work with a large organization on this. An individual would be better. If you are technical minded, have been around the block with wordpress, and know the basics of sftp, ssh, and how to update wordpress, I could probably walk you through the rest. You don't have to be a full stack developer you just have to know a bit about how to use wordpress and a server. I want to find someone reliable and who communicates well. The original migration, I would expect to take about half a day each for the first couple of sites but then after that maybe an hour or two each as the task will get easier. If we work well together there will be definitely be some other sorts of VA type work available. I am looking to pay a non-USA freelancer for this most likely as my budget falls more in the $3-5 an hour range vs what I believe I would be quoted for a full USA (or UK/European) web developer.
