2 Kids Candy Store

Hi I currently have a 4 year old web site on GoDaddy that is no longer very functional. It needs to be up dated or tore down. We are a retail candy store in a tourist town on the Oregon coast. We sell to mainly tourists and a few locals. Local population 10k+. I need a site that pops with color and tells all about our great candy in story and pictures. We already have great SEO but that will have to be reconfigured with our new site if needed. We do not currently offer online sales, I have tryed this in the past and have failed badly at it. We also have "Pointy" which is a retail/POS sales tracker website that displays barcoded products on Google searches. I basicly have all the tools in place just no longer know how to get them to work together to drive and promote sales. We are looking for an eager developer willing to take these tools and get us a great site. Our tourist customer is using a phone to find us. He needs to easly see our site on his phone. We have about 45,000 sales tickets per year, that equals about 180,000 people thru our store each year. Tipocial group size 2 to 6. We would like to double this number.
