Installing a Job listing WP theme and making it Bilingual with RTL and correct local language font

I am trying to start a new Freelancer type job listing website using a WordPress theme.
You have to install, setup and configure it like in their demo site.
Also, you need to make it available in both English and my own local language which is a RTL language.
All RTL sections must be good for my local language.
You may need to add FARUMA font for my local RTL language as default font.
You can add few demo items to both English section and RTL section.
It must be ready to post or list jobs, post resumes and ready to apply for jobs which the theme has it all ready.
FYI, my local language sample sites are [login to view URL] and [login to view URL]
I can send the theme, ftp and site admin.
No cPanel is available.
Note: This is installing a WP theme and setting it up with few demo items.
