Import CSV product data feed from server into WooCommerce

I have ftp access to a product data feed and images.
I would like to import and update this data feed on a daily basis into wooCommerce.
The feed is updated each day with currently in stock items, so out products no longer in the feed should not show as available in the store
The feed includes the cost price, would like to automatically calculate the retail price depending on the category
