I am looking for a developer to create a Wordpress for 2 Goalie Schools.

We have the template in PSD or HTML to be able to create the themes
Bid Requirements:
- All bids must contain in the post "I UNDERSTAND ALL YOUR REQUIREMENTS 100%", or your bid will not be even considered.
- Milestone payment of $100 requested only to start working. NO MILESTONES WILL BE RELEASE UNTIL PROJECT IS 100% COMPLETED and APPROVED.
- Every day past the deadline you choose will result in a deduction of $25/day. This system has to be created quickly.
